CTL is headquartered in Central Ohio. A 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization (CLICK HERE), CTL provides FAMILY AND COMMUNITY support and services. Our first priority is to teach and share the uncompromised Word of God through various fellowship and outreaches.
OUR BELIEF is that GOD has CHOSEN, PREDESTINED, CALLED, JUSTIFIED, and GLORIFIED those of US that HE FOREKNEW (Romans 8:29). We believe that man cannot and does not choose GOD of his will; on the contrary, it is GOD that CHOOSES according to HIS WILL and had done so BEFORE the foundation of the world – (Ephesians 1:3-12). We believe that Those that comes to the SON is DRAWN by the FATHER and not of themselves – (John 6:44). We believe that our Salvation is by GRACE through FAITH and that the FAITH we have is a GIFT from our FATHER – (Ephesians 2:8). THUS WE ARE FULLY PERSUADED THAT THE CAUSE OF OUR SALVATION IS GOD’S SOVEREIGN CHOICE; what a humbling reality (Selah!!!).
EZEKIEL 22:29-30; The people of the land have used oppression and exercised robbery and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. And I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge and STAND IN THE GAP BEFORE ME for the land that I should not destroy it: BUT I FOUND NONE!!!

WHO WE ARE:
FOUNDERS: William & FannieMae West
William and FannieMae West are Children of the MOST HIGH GOD, ministers of JESUS THE CHRIST, co-ministers of CHOSEN TO LIVE OUTREACH MINISTRY AND ASSEMBLY, servants in the Community, and Servants to the BODY OF CHRIST! We are parents to two wonderful children; a 15 year old son by the name of William Emanuel West II and a 6 year old daughter by the name of Chanah Amariah West.
FannieMae is the youngest of four siblings and hails from the Great State of Ohio, the City of Cleveland. She is a Veteran of the United States Armed Forces branch of the ARMY where she served three years and was HONORABLY Discharged. A HONOR student at DeVry Unioversity with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Information Systems, FannieMae served as a public servant for the State of Ohio for both the State Region and the City of Cleveland. She is currently employed as a Branch Manager of a Leading Mortgage Company (click here for website) and as a Tax Accountant she is the CEO of TAX PREP EXPRESS (click here for website) where she utilizes these competencies in serving the community at large.
William is the oldest of four siblings and was born in Detroit, Michigan. He is a four year United States Marine Corps Veteran where he received a Meritorious Mast, Armed Forces Expedition Medal (x2), a Certificate of Commendation, and a Secret Security Clearance among other recognitions. As a product of DeVry University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, William West went on t serve 13 plus years in the State of Ohio Office of the Auditor of State as both an Auditor and an Audit Manager. In addition, in continuing his services to the public at large, William served 2 years with the Department of Defense as an Accountant and currently serves as a Financial Improvement Audit Readiness Subject Matter Expert Consultant to the United States Air Force.
William spent a significant portion of his life giving to the inner-city kids in various communities throughout Central Ohio. As a proud dad, William started his journey assisting coaches for his son t-ball team. His LOVE for his son and OTHER kids alike coupled with the concern of minimum to no involvement of other dads and male figures soon drifted from an interest to a Passion for serving kids and young males in particular. Along with t-ball, William coached basketball for 6 years and football for 7 years. The last 3 of the seven years William coached football, NOT only was he a coach, he was also the Founder and Administrator of the Columbus Bears Inner-City Youth Football Program! William provided not only a sports program but also established a free mentoring and tutoring program. The program was diverse in that it included kids from the ages of 4 to 14 years of age AND of various ethnic backgrounds that included females as well. William in collaboration with the Ohio School for the Deaf, included deaf children in his program thereby merging two worlds together UNDER one Umbrella of KIDS!!!
William successfully oversaw 100 plus kids and managed approximately 10 coaches, assistants, team moms, and volunteers on a daily basis. In addition, William was responsible for the safety and development of the physical, emotional, social and limited educational state for each kid!
William currently serves as a Mentor to approximately six (6) male youth and is the Program/Curriculum Administrator of MOLDING MORAL MALES (M3) YOUTH SUMMER PROGRAM and soon to be PRESCHOOL! (CLICK HERE FOR M3)
